Lumidor Impact and Impact Pro

INSCO LLP - Honeywell Lumidor Impact ProMarket leading, very flexible portable gas detector, capable of monitoring 4 gases at once.

Using high specification flammable, Oxygen and patented Surecell™ toxic sensors, our unique cartridge technology ensures safe, accurate and reliable measurements are always made.

Available in two configurations, the Impact and Impact Pro accepts either disposable and/or serviceable cartridges respectively, all of which are pre-calibrated and can be replaced in under one minute, simplifying maintenance and minimizing cost wherever possible. Compact and rugged, these monitors are designed for tough working environments while being small, lightweight and unobtrusive, making them ideal for use in confined spaces where entry and exit may be difficult.

Gas checks prior to entering a confined space can be carried out using a drop line, hand aspirator or via an optional built-in pump (supplied as standard on the Impact Pro) that turns on and off automatically when the sampling tube is connected.

Ultra-bright alarm lights and a powerful audible alarm, coupled with a periodic green flash and bleep provide user confidence that monitoring is always in operation and alarms are never missed. For noisy environments a vibrating alarm is included as standard on the Impact Pro. A large, multi-lingual, backlit display, with intuitive menu system simplifies use and minimises operator training.

Available for use with a wide range of accessories including the unique Enforcer calibration system and compliance friendly Safelink communication system, the Impact range of portable multigas monitors is ready to protect you when most needed.

Enforcer

INSCO LLP - Honeywell Analytics EnforcerThe Enforcer provides easy and cost-effective ‘bump testing’ for the Impact range of multi gas detectors.

Regulations require regular testing of gas monitoring equipment to ensure that the instrument will work as and when required.

The Enforcer allows you to easily comply with regulations when using an Impact multi-gas monitor without the need for costly test facilities or third parties.

‘Bump’ testing should be carried out before use of any portable gas detector. This involves exposing each gas sensor to a known concentration of target gas and ensuring that it responds correctly. If not, the unit must be re-calibrated or serviced to replace those parts not working.

Personal gas monitors are normally calibrated every 3 to 6 months. Typically this requires specialist knowledge and equipment that is costly or the work is sub-contracted to a third party. During this time instruments are not available for use and so could delay essential operations or force additional monitors to be purchased.

The Enforcer calibrates Impact multi-gas monitors fitted with Oxygen, flammable, Carbon Monoxide and Hydrogen Sulphide sensors in less than two minutes. Volumes and flow rates are minimised to allow approximately 200 calibrations per cylinder of gas making calibration as low in cost as a ‘Bump’ test.

Impact instruments when used with the Enforcer are always available for use. Calibration results are recorded for printing at a later date via the optional PC software thereby ensuring that instrument histories are always available if required.

MDA Scientific SPM Single Point Monitor

INSCO LLP - MDA Scientific SPM Single Point Monitor A fast response device detecting down to ppb of toxic gases, providing physical evidence of a gas event.

This use-anywhere, fast response monitor is specific to your target gas only. Until now, the big concern with basic units for toxic gas monitoring was that environmental conditions or other chemicals interfered with accurate detection.

That is why Honeywell Analytics developed the MDA Single Point Monitor (SPM) utilizing our exclusive, interference-free Chemcassette detection technique.

The SPM´s standard weatherproof enclosure will withstand the rigors of outdoor operation. A purged enclosure is optional for hazardous areas. You can also specify the SPM

Lumidor MicroMAX pro

INSCO LLP - Honeywell Lumidor MicroMAX proThe MicroMAX Pro has it all – it’s easy to use, reliable, high quality, economical and lightweight. It also has a short response time, built-in data logging, lifetime warranty (excluding sensors and pumps), is certified for explosive dust environments and has Voice Assist.

With the addition of the voice message feature, this gas detector focuses on worker safety. You can select your language – English, French, German and Spanish – from one of the four that are included with the monitor. The visual language on the 4-line display will be the same language you selected for the voice function. Every function – from immediate warnings to simple on and off functions – is accompanied with a voice message when activated. This feature is especially valuable in poorly lit environments.

The MicroMAX Pro is OSHA compliant and has a rugged case that shields the monitor from dust, water and heavy impact. It also provides superior RFI/EMI shielding. Additionally, the MicroMAX Pro is designed, tested and manufactured under strict ISO 9001 standards, and is UL classified for use in hazardous locations.

The MicroMAX Pro combines diffusion and built-in internal sampling pump systems for simultaneously monitoring up to five gases. The internal pump allows for easy pre-testing in confined spaces and provides almost instantaneous readings of gas concentrations. In order to save power, the pump can be switched off and the diffusion mode will take over.
